You should be able to understand the sequence or flow of a recipe.
To earn FOOD CRITIC:
You should be able to use descriptive language to describe the experience (e.g. “crunchy,” “sweet,” “salty,” “chewy,” etc.).
You should be able to adjust the recipe based upon your preferences and taste.
For example, if the recipe is too salty, you would be able to decide to add less salt the next time. Also, you would be able to choose ingredients to substitute if you did not have everything on hand or preferred one ingredient over another.
