FARM CLUB BADGES | MEASUREMENT MASTER

To earn MEASUREMENT MASTER:

  • You should be able to recognize different units of measurements (e.g. pinch, teaspoon, tablespoon, cup, ounces).
  • You should be able to distinguish wet and dry measuring utensils.
    • When measuring dry ingredients, use the back of your knife or finger to “level” them in order to add the correct measurement of each.
  • You should be able to double and halve ingredients in order to make more or less of a specific recipe.
