CAMP GROW

PLANT TO PLATE

Explore the journey of a seed, from the moment it’s planted in the ground to the minute it enters your kitchen as a fruit or vegetable! Campers will learn gardening skills, like sowing and harvesting, as they care for the crops on the Teaching Farm while also building culinary skills by creating fun, seasonal snacks in the Culinary Studio each day.

Camp will culminate with a Community Dinner planned by the campers and featuring signature dishes they have created, tested, and perfected.
